Personal Account information
- How do I create an account?
- To register an account with Fileonstyle.com you will find the tools located on the right hand side of the screen, click on 'create a new account'. You will need to create a username, provide you email address for notifications and create a password. You can log in to your account by either using your Facebook account, or the username/email address and password you created. If you have forgotten your password you can create a new one by entering in your username or email in the 'Request a new password' tab, the new password will be emailed to you.
- What is the Wishlist and how do I manage my Wishlist?
- The Wishlist is for you to list item(s) which you at some point would purchase.
To manage your wishlist, go to the wishlist tab featured in the top right hand corner of the screen. You can create a wishlist for a particular event by editing the wish list settings. By adding your shipping details you can email your wish list to anyone who you would like to purchase an item from your wish list and all details are there ready for their purchase. To remove an item from your Wishlist, simply check the boxes next to the items you wish to remove and click 'Update wish list'.
- To add an item to your wishlist, you need to select the item(s) from the E-Boutique you would like to save in your wishlist. Select the colour option and preferred size to check stock availability. Then click on the 'Add to wishlist'. A note will appear on the page to inform you that your wishlist has been updated.
Payment Information
- What methods of payment do you accept?
- When making a purchase online at FileonStyle.com you can make a payment by either your Visa or MasterCard, or by an electronic bank transfer into the File on Style nominated bank account featured at checkout. When placing your order using the bank transfer option your item(s) will not be dispatched from the warehouse until the payment notification is listed on the File on Style transaction listing. This will generally take 1-2 business days.
- Can I order by telephone?
- If you do not wish to use your credit card online you can contact our customer service department and supply our trusted staff with your details over the phone anytime on 1300 708 245. Please note that all online orders are instant and the item you are after may no longer be available at the time of your request.
- Is it safe to use my credit card online?
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificates, such as the one used FileonStyle.com are the standard for secure data transmission over the internet and encrypt all data sent to and from the website.
When you are asked for your credit card details, you will notice that the URL prefix (located in your address bar) will change from the standard http:// to the secure https://. This means that you are in secure mode.
- I have a coupon code, where and how do I use it?
- You can enter your promotion coupon code at the checkout page when purchasing. To apply a coupon code, enter or paste it into the ‘Coupon Discount' section of the checkout page in the field ‘Coupon code' and press apply at order, your cart sub-total will automatically be updated.
- If your promotion code doesn't work it could mean it is expired, or you haven't met one of the criteria for using it. If this doesn't explain why it doesn't work, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Delivery Information
- What is your delivery timeframe?
- Orders received between Monday to Friday before 2pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed that day for next day shipment.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. They will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
- At checkout you have the option to select Australia Post Standard Delivery 5-10 working days or Australia Post Express Post Delivery 2 working days. International orders are delivered by Australia Post - Express Post International 3 - 6 working days.
FileonStyle.com acts as a sales agent for various labels featured on the website their delivery timeframe may vary from the above and all notifications of this are featured on the product page.
- What are your delivery costs?
- Our delivery calculator works out the weight, and size of the product(s) you have ordered, then uses the region you are shipping to
determine your shipping rate. A selection of delivery methods will then appear for you view the shipping prices. Once you are happy with a
particular method of delivery, select and continue through the checkout process.
- Do you deliver to PO boxes?
- Yes we do deliver to PO boxes using Australia Post Standard Delivery or Australia Post Express Post Delivery. Goods that require a signature or are too bulky
for regular delivery will be held at your nearest post office & a notification card will be left at your postal address.
- Can I track my parcel during the delivery?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive email notification from FileonStyle.com.
This will explain how to track your order and when you may expect delivery. If you have any queries regarding the whereabouts of your goods,
you may contact the carrier directly and quote your reference number for information. You can also track the parcel via the internet with the “Track a Package” tool at http://austpost.com.au/track/
- I can't find my country on your destination list?
- There may be a number of reasons we don't ship to a particular country, including customs restrictions, lack of delivery coverage by our carrier, or statistically high incidences of fraud.
If your country is not on the list, please contact us to request to have it added. We review all such requests on a case by case basis.
Returns & Exchanges
- What if something I buy doesn't fit, can I return it?
- FIleonStyle.com understands that it's not always easy buying the perfect item on-line, and accept that from time to time you may need to return items.
- If your item is an incorrect fit or the style isn't what you were after, you are only eligible for a refund on the sale amount of the item and are to pay all return postage costs.
You can exchange the item for another in the E-boutique or you can select the option to be credited for the sale amount of the item at the date of purchase in the form of a gift voucher to use at a later date. You must notify Fileonstyle.com within 10 days of delivery of the goods to you.

- Can I return a sale item?
- You are free to return or exchange any item including sale items unless specified on a particular advertised sale offer.
You must indicate your intention within 10 days of the date of delivery and the item is in new, un-worn & un-used condition with all tags attached.
Product information
- How true are the garment colours on the site?
- We try and reproduce garment colours as true and as accurately as possible. However, slight variations can occur in colour and size specifications.
Also important to note is that certain colours may appear different via this web site due to your personal computer resolution and monitor settings.

- I'm after an item that is displayed not in stock or SOLD OUT?
- If an item displays SOLD OUT this generally means that we will not be stocking any more of that item or is no longer available.
If you would like to register your interest in an item marked 'sold out' please email info@fileonstyle.com and we can inform you if the item can be purchased or located from the label.
- I'm unsure about my sizing?
- Individual designers have different sizing characteristics, regardless of their nationality.
We have simplified this by the use of the standardized XS, S, M, L and XL system. In order to accurately gauge garment sizes, simply click on the "size charts" button, found on every product page.
- Please remember that your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, if you are in any way unhappy with a purchased item's size, please return or exchange the item.
- How can I inform others of a product?
- If you would like to share a product you have found on FileonStyle.com you can select on the
product page to email the page to a friend, Recommend using the Facebook widget or tweet using the Twitter widget.
- How do I rate a product?
- If you would like to show how much you love a product you can rate it using the
heart icons on the product page. Just scroll your curser over the hearts to the level that you desire to rate the product out of 5 appears and select.
Designers
- How can my label be featured in the designer profiles?
- File on Style's aim is to have the largest Australian designer listing online. We want to feature all label's from the emerging fashion students to the well established high end labels
to generate greater brand awareness to the world. To become a featured designer listing you will need to email info@fileonstyle.com with a brief summary about your label,
a link to your website or images of your collection. A full kit will be emailed to you on how to create a profile and rates.
- How can I sell my label's collections at the E-Boutique?
- File on Style offers a few variants to feature your collection in the E-Boutique.
File on Style may review your collection and purchase stock or you have the option to sell your collection at the E-Boutique on a commission based agreement. For more information email info@fileonstyle.com.
- Can I advertise my label's sale or events on the calendar?
- File on Style is always looking for new events to add to the events calendar to generate more awareness. Email your submissions to info@fileonstyle.com event title, dates and times, event information, link to event website and an image (greater than 400 x 400 pixels). All event submissions are FREE.
- Can I send through my label's press releases for the fashion news?
- File on Style is always looking for new fashion news. Email your submissions to info@fileonstyle.com please include heading title, press release and an image (greater than 400 x 400 pixels). All news feature submissions are FREE.
- Can my label's collection be featured on the blog?
- If your wanting FileonStyle.com members/readers to become savvy fashion followers of your label you can send us your blog submissions to info@fileonstyle.com please include title, article and images. All event submissions are FREE and will feature a link back to your website and you are the editor of the article.
Fashion Bloggers and Editors
- I have a passion for Australian fashion and would love to write articles for FileonStyle, can I do this?
- We would love to feature our member's voices on fashion in our community blog. To have your submissions reviewed for publishing send us your blog submissions to info@fileonstyle.com please include the title, article and images. Your username will be featured as the editor of the article and link back to your own fashion blog. We will feature regular competitions for best article of the month.
