Delivery & Shipping Policy

There is nothing worse than purchasing cutting edge designs only to wait weeks to receive them. That’s why we use Australia Post for all our deliveries, whether it’s around the corner or around the globe.  They offer the fastest and most cost effective delivery possible, so your cutting edge fashions are in your hot little hands in no time.

Delivery and Shipping Calculation

Our delivery calculator works out the weight, and size of the product(s) you have ordered, then uses the region you are shipping to determine your shipping rate. A selection of delivery methods will then appear for you view the shipping prices. Once you are happy with a particular method of delivery, select and continue through the checkout process.

Domestic Options

1. Australia Post Standard Delivery – 5-10 working days
2. Australia Post Express Post Delivery – 2 working days

International Options

1. Australia Post – 3 - 6 working days

Processing Your Order

• Orders received between Monday to Friday before 2pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed that day for next day shipment.
• Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period.
• Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. They will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
• In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the problem with our carrier.

Delivery Periods

Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive email notification fromFileonStyle.com. This will explain how to track your order and when you may expect delivery. If you have any queries regarding the whereabouts of your goods, you may contact the carrier directly and quote your reference number for information. You can also track the parcel via the internet with the “Track a Package” tool at http://austpost.com.au/track/

Receiving your delivery

• Goods that require a signature or are too bulky for regular delivery will be held at your nearest post office & a notification card will be left at your postal address
• We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
• Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only, and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed.

Purchase Orders

We pride ourselves on keeping an up-to-date computerised inventory of all items stocked in our e-boutique, to help minimise the risk of an advertised item being unavailable.

• Once a particular item, size or colour sells out, an automatic SOLD OUT message will appear next to the item immediately.
• If for any reason, FileonStyle.com is unable to fill your requested order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and we’ll conduct a payment reversal if the transaction has been processed.
• Unfortunately, we will only accept cancellation if we receive written notice from you before the items have been dispatched.
• Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure. 
• As per our Return Policy, we only offer refunds on faulty items.

International Orders

If you don't see your country in the countries list upon checkout, it means we don't currently ship to your country.

There may be a number of reasons we are unable to ship to your intended destination, including customs restrictions, lack of delivery coverage by our carrier, or statistically high incidences of fraud.

For international customers it is your sole responsibility to be aware of your own country's applicable import/duty taxes if any. If these apply, you are liable to pay them on receipt of your parcels.

Australian Export Restrictions

FileonStyle.com must adhere to all Australian export restrictions. At no point of conducting business, will any of the following items be posted;

• Explosives
• Compressed Gas: flammable and non-flammable
• Flammable Liquids
• Flammable Solids
• Oxidising Materials
• Poisons: including drugs & medicines
• Radioactive materials
• Corrosives
