1 RELATIONSHIP TO END-USER AGREEMENT
This policy forms part of the FOS End-User Agreement.
2 DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
- All defined terms and principles of interpretation in the FOS End-User Agreement apply to this policy. This policy also contains terms defined below.
- ‘Personal Information’ means information about any person (including you) from which the identity of the person is reasonably able to be ascertained from the information, such as your name and email address, and that is information collected by FOS via the Website. Personal Information excludes credit card details.
3 PERSONAL INFORMATION
- FOS collects Personal Information at various points of Website navigation.
- FOS uses reasonable endeavours to keep confidential and secure all Personal Information it stores. FOS uses QuickSSL Premium web server certificate to encrypt all data sent to and from the Website when the ‘https://’ URL prefix is used.
- FOS discloses Personal Information to third parties only as reasonably necessary for the operation of the Website or as required by law. For example, FOS will disclose your delivery address to a courier or postage service in order to deliver goods that you have purchased.
- FOS does not sell Personal Information to third parties.
- You may access and modify Personal Information about you via your Website account.
4 TRANSACTION SECURITY
- FOS takes transaction security very seriously. FOS processes transactions using 256 bit SSL encryption to a secure eWay credit card payment gateway system, or better.
- When you reach the final stage of a transaction – the payment stage – your internet connection should change to the secure https channel. At that stage, FOS recommends that you check that the URL starts with https://. The certificate is only valid for the domain https://www.fileonstyle.com and files and subdirectories beneath that URL.
- FOS requires that you use your credit card verification or validation code (the 3 or 4 digit number located at the back of your credit card).
- FOS does not store your credit card details on FOS databases or servers. You will need to enter those details each time you make a purchase on the Website.
- FOS does, however, store your transaction history. You may access your transaction history via your Website account.
